I thought it made sense to do a follow up post from the A/W hair trends for A/W beauty - so here it is. This first moodboard is for day-wear and the second for night. The main thing I think coming through with the beauty trends is there is a lot less matte products coming to the forefront shades are laced with shimmer and shine. Products are ultra feminine and beautiful with hues of mint green, pale nudes and sophisticated mauves all glossy and full of sheen - which is practical for nourishing those lovely lips and skin during the colder season when things tend to get dry. As the sun sets this gloss-appeal goes into overdrive with sparkles and glitter. I am on the hunt for some grey, taupe and purple sparkles to layer my lids with glamour. Hopefully, these moodboards inspire you to try some new things this season - your motto is to have fun, stand-out and embrace the theatricality of being a woman.
