Lancome Free Gift Product Review

All Lancome products

Lacome's recently had an amazing offer whereby after purchasing two Lancome products you received a goody-bag of products worth up to £92! So, I bought Lancome's Teint Miracle foundation in 035 - a dreamy light foundation that gives skin a luminous, even complexion and a nail varnish Vernis in Love in Gris Angora 407N to get a heap of skincare and cosmetic freebies. I made two further purchases, a Hypnose Baby Doll eye kit complete with eye make-up remover and mini lipstick and a Lancome xmas gift set (which is a present so I shall refrain from saying what exactly). I have only been using the products for a short while but I am loving the experience and results immensely. Here are my opinions in more depth (from right to left):

Gel Eclat clarifying cleanser pearly foam (gift bag): This fresh smelling thick but delicate cleanser that forms a luxurious pearly foam is great at combating toxins and impurities deep done into the pores of the skin, leaving the completion feeling like soft and supple.

Hypnose mini mascara volume (gift bag): Iconic, infamous and reliable - a miniature version of the cult Lancome product that elongates and separates lashes.

Hypnose Doll Eyes mascara: Better than Hypnose in many ways, it makes lashes longer and fuller creating the perfect' baby doll' eyes.

Tient Miracle Foundation in 035: A dreamy light foundation that gives skin a luminous, even complexion. The down side is that it doesn't have much staying power and can be quiet sheer, requiring more layers on problem areas. However, adding powder helps build coverage and prolong wear.

Vernis in Love nail polish in 407N Grid Angora: A lovely subtle purple hue with undertones of grey making it a wearable staple for any A/W beauty bag.

L'absolu Rouge lipstick mini in 06 and L'absolu Rouge lipstick mini in 302 (gift bag)Both lipstick have a heavy floral perfume to them and share the same pinky sheen colour with 302 being more conventional pink than 06.

Hydra Zen Neurocalm moisturiser and Hydra Zen Nuit Neurocalm moisturiser (gift bag):This moisturiser duo for day and night has the same nourishing scent of sun-cream  with a similar lightness to its texture. Pleasant products to use and act as a primer for foundations.

Bi-Facil sensitive eyes cleaner (gift bag)Removes make-up with ease, does what you want.

Tonique Douceur (gift bag)A very light and fragrant toner that feels kind to skin. Skin does feel refreshed after use but it is still early days with all the skincare in terms of seeing results.

Visionnaire advanced skin corrector (gift bag)This product has been engineered for ageing skin and wrinkles but also helps even skin tone and improve skin's surface by promoting skin regeneration. It smells and feels heavy and expensive but not in a negative way - more that it feels like a facial treat once a week rather than an everyday moisturiser.

Genifique youth activating concentrate (gift bag)A serum for the eyes to improve the appearance of dark circles - definately something that you have to use often to see results so I cannot comment yet on results but the actual product is sensationally light and cooling. Note - a little goes a long way so I think this product would be great value for money.
