A quick post today just highlighting a revelation for myself. Recently my Aunt who is a Beautician gave my tired nails a face lift or tips lift shall we say with Gel Polish. Not gel nail polish you buy from the Barry M counter but the real mccoy using layers of different lacquers and UV light to set. Well two weeks later and they are almost as good as new which with nails that have been known to chip the same day as painting is a miracle. It almost makes me never want to go back to normal polish again. For those thinking of trying something different to acrylic nails or just want a recommendation for holiday-proof tips then gel is the way forward!
